REFUND, GC AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All GIFT CERTIFICATE PURCHASES ARE NON REFUNDABLE & do not have an expiry date, as by Canadian law. You may use any gift certificate towards any and all products or services offered at abbeywood spa. Gift certificates may be passed onto another client, if you wish to do so, please contact us via email at abbeywoodspaoakville@gmail.com and notify us so we may update our records. All product purchases are final sale, however can be returned with a full refund only if you have a reaction to the product sold to you by one of our trained professionals.

CANCELLATION POLICY

with respects to bringing our business back on track & continuing to keep our doors opened after the last difficult two years, we will be more strict with imposing our cancellation policy. To avoid being charged any cancellation fee please be sure to give us 48 hr. notice with regards to any appointment changes or cancellations. We continuously appreciate your support and look forward to seeing you at your next appointment!

We at abbeywood spa take the privacy and security of our clients and staff seriously, thus being an APPOINTMENT based only spa. If you are to disclose any medical records to us they will not be shared with outside sources without your permission. All medical records for electrolysis, laser and facials are updated continuously throughout the year to ensure clients do not have a reaction. The medical information you share at abbeywood spa will only be shared with the staff who need to know, in our facilities.
